Account & Security FAQs

To enable two-factor authentication, navigate to Settings > Security and follow the prompts to connect your authenticator app or hardware key. If you have lost access to your 2FA device, account recovery is available through our identity verification process — contact support@Nelvo.com with your registered email and government-issued ID. Changing your email address or phone number requires re-verification to protect against account takeover. Trading & Portfolio Help

Step-by-step guides cover every order type available on the platform, including how to set up conditional orders and automated rebalancing schedules. The portfolio analytics section of the Help Center explains how cost-basis calculations are performed, including FIFO, LIFO, and weighted average methods. For questions about connecting a specific exchange or wallet, use the search bar at the top of the Help Center and filter by your platform name. Our integration compatibility matrix is updated monthly and lists supported exchanges, wallets, and DeFi protocols.

Billing & Subscription Help

To upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription, go to Settings > Billing in your account dashboard; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Invoices for all past payments are downloadable as PDFs from the Billing History section and are suitable for accounting and tax purposes. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact billing@Nelvo.com within 30 days and our team will investigate and issue a refund if warranted. Pro plan free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the 14-day period unless cancelled in the dashboard.
